I grew up outside Cincinnati, and refuse to ever live north of the Florida border again! I learned about GROW HUB in 2021 and reached out to David about the possibility of working here. I’ve been here ever since, and I love showing people around and talking about this wonderful place! I enjoy starting seeds and propagating plants from cuttings–there’s something magical about seeing the new plants take hold and grow. I’m also a backup donkey handler and photographer! This is the first job I’ve had where I’m not afraid of the boss and have the freedom to come up with new projects and make them a reality. The Friendship Garden (with the bamboo masts and ship’s wheel made of bicycle wheels) is my pet project. It’s where I raise my gourds, among a collection of native plants, volunteer plants, odds and ends plants, and plants I just think are cool. This is a great place to be, and I want to share it with everyone!
