Luffa! Every year at GROW HUB we enjoy growing our Luffa! Every year at GROW HUB we enjoy growing our own Luffa sponges. Luffa (or loofah) Luffa aegyptiaca, is a gourd from the cucumber family and is edible when harvested small.
